Susan has been a Certified Massage Therapist since 1994, a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2011, a Certified Master Life Coach since 2016, and earned a Master's Degree in human services counseling and professional life coaching in 2019. She specializes in professional massage therapy and dynamic life coaching. Her approach to wellness is creative, supportive, honest, and solution-oriented.
 
Susan provides thoroughly relaxing and therapeutic massage therapy sessions with the goal of benefiting her clients from a bio-psycho-social-spiritual perspective. Clients also schedule appointments with Susan for life strategy sessions to help navigate challenges, refresh perspectives, or achieve goals. Many clients even choose a combo session that involves both massage and coaching.
 
Susan mentors and coaches individuals, couples and groups in different aspects of wellness, relationships, parenting, business, and life choices. She uses her training, experience and intuition to lead sessions that are fun, reflective and informative. Her goal is to enthusiastically encourage her clients forward and help thrive in all aspects of their lives.
